CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully require 72 hours notice for cancellations or changes to the service scheduled. If you cancel your appointment with less then 72 hours notice, you will be charged for 50% the cost of the service scheduled. Same day cancellations (which are considered 24 hours or less from the appointment time) will be changed 100% the cost of the service scheduled, no exceptions.
